Upload a run
Strava
SyncGarmin, Coros, Apple Watch & others
Direct Garmin Connect sync is coming. For now, export the activity file and drop it on the left. Every major platform can export one:
Strava (website)
Open the activity → the ⋯ menu → Export GPX (or Export Original for the .fit file).
Garmin Connect
Open the activity on connect.garmin.com → gear icon ⚙ → Export Original (.fit, zipped: unzip it first) or Export to GPX. In the mobile app: activity → ⋯ → Export.
Coros
Coros app → activity → share icon → Export data → choose .fit or .gpx.
Apple Watch / Apple Health
Use a free exporter app such as HealthFit or RunGap to export the workout as .fit or .gpx. Or record with our built-in tracker or Strava on your iPhone.
Suunto · Polar · Wahoo · others
Suunto app: activity → ⋯ → Export .fit. Polar Flow (web): training session → Export session → GPX/TCX. Wahoo: activity → share → .fit. Most other apps have “Export GPX”.
Treadmill or manually entered activities have no GPS track and can’t be accepted.
How runs are checked
- The run must start and finish inside today’s race day (UTC). Old runs are rejected.
- Speeds above 25 km/h for more than a minute are treated as a vehicle or bike.
- Every file and GPS track is fingerprinted, so the same run can’t be uploaded twice.
- Overlapping runs, GPS teleports and computer-generated tracks are flagged.
- Flagged runs count provisionally until a race official reviews them.
